Winseal Water Repellant is a clear, high-performance solvent-based water repellent coating formulated to protect porous mineral surfaces such as stone, brick, concrete and low porosity surfaces from water ingress, moisture migration, efflorescence and staining.Its low-viscosity formulation penetrates deeply into substrates, creating a durable hydrophobic zone that repels liquid water while maintaining breathability and natural appearance. The solvent base ensures excellent penetration even in tighter pore structures, making it suitable for both new and existing structures

Recommended Application Tools
- Brush
- Roller
- Low-pressure sprayer / garden sprayer
Ensure consistent wetting of the surface during application to maximize penetration and performance.
How to use?
Application Details
- Apply the product to a surface that is clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry.
- Clean the surface using a suitable Winseal cleaner and allow the surface to dry completely.
- Use the product neat, do not dilute.
- Apply the coating to the surface in one coat using a roller or brush, such that once applied, it penetrates the surface and makes it wet.
- After 10 minutes, apply another layer of the coating in perpendicular direction.
- This layer helps cover the entire surface area without leaving behind any area uncoated.
- Allow the coating to dry and cure fully for a period of 48 hours before use.
For best results, apply a small test patch on your stone surface to check the end results.
