Concrete is used everywhere outdoors — driveways, courtyards, pathways, exposed flooring. Because it lives outdoors, it takes the full force of vehicle traffic, oil drips, dust, mud and monsoon runoff season after season.
Over time, oil stains set into the surface. Dirt and grime build up in the pores. The concrete darkens unevenly and starts to look patchy and neglected. Standard cleaning lifts the surface dirt temporarily, but it doesn't stop water from soaking back in — so staining and dullness return with the next spill or the next monsoon.
This kit solves it at the source. The Heavy Duty Cleaner strips out oil, grease, dirt and built-up residue from deep in the concrete's pores. Once the surface is clean and dry, the Water Repellent (Water Based) seals it — creating a breathable, invisible barrier that stops water from penetrating, which is what drives staining, efflorescence and surface wear in the first place.

How to Use ?
Application Details
Step 1 — Clean the Surface
Apply Winseal Heavy-Duty Cleaner to the surface. Scrub thoroughly to remove deep-set dirt, dust and salt deposits. Allow the surface to dry completely before proceeding.
Step 2 — Apply First Coat
Use Winseal Water Repellent neat — do not dilute. Using a roller, brush or sprayer, apply the first coat evenly across the entire surface.
Step 3 — Apply Second Coat (Wet on Wet)
Without waiting for the first coat to dry, apply the second coat immediately over the first. This wet on wet method ensures deep penetration into the concrete surface.
Step 4 — Cure
Allow the coating to cure fully for a minimum of 3 days before exposure to water or foot traffic.
⚠️ Not suitable for vitrified tiles, ceramic or non-porous surfaces.
