This invisible water repellent is a high-performance protective treatment for porous mineral surfaces including natural stone, concrete, brick, terracotta, and masonry.
Its penetrating, non-film-forming formulation absorbs deep into the pore structure, creating a breathable barrier that repels water while preserving the surface’s natural appearance and texture.
Engineered for long-term durability, it helps reduce efflorescence, slows material ageing, protects against humidity-related damage, fungus, mold, and moss, and simplifies ongoing maintenance.

It is suitable for both interior and exterior porous surfaces:

• Renovated or heritage façades
Do not use on vitrified tiles, polished marble, or other highly polished/non-porous surfaces.

Recommended Application Tools

Ensure consistent wetting of the surface during application to maximize penetration and performance.

Application Details
- Apply the product to a surface that is clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry.
- Clean the surface using a suitable Winseal cleaner and allow the surface to dry completely.
- Use the product neat, do not dilute.
- Apply the coating to the surface in one coat using a roller or brush, such that once applied, it penetrates the surface and makes it wet.
- After 10 minutes, apply another layer of the coating in perpendicular direction.
- This layer helps cover the entire surface area without leaving behind any area uncoated.
- Allow the coating to dry and cure fully for a period of 48 hours before use.
For best results, apply a small test patch on your stone surface to check the end results.

No. It's a non-film-forming, invisible treatment — it penetrates into the surface instead of sitting on top, so there's no shine, darkening, or texture change. The surface stays completely natural, just protected from within.

No, the opposite. It only reduces water absorption at the surface pores it doesn't clog them, so moisture vapour from within the material can still escape. That's what keeps efflorescence, dampness, and fungal growth in check over time.
