Winseal Oil and Grease cleaner is a powerful surface cleaner formulated specifically to penetrate porous mineral substrates such as stone, concrete, pavers, brick, and masonry, and lift embedded oil, grease, lubricant, and hydrocarbon residues from deep within the pores.
Unlike surface cleaners that only affect superficial marks, Winseal Oil and Grease cleaner reaches below the surface, dissolving oils that have soaked into the substrate over time.
250 ml concentrate + 750 ml water = 1 Ltr of ready-to-use solution.
That's it. No matter which pack size you have this is always the mix.
This cleaner is designed to restore surface appearance and prepare the substrate for further care systems (like Winseal water repellents or Winseal protective coatings) while minimizing harsh mechanical scrubbing or abrasive treatments.

Ensure consistent wetting of the surface during application to maximize cleaning performance.
How to use?
Application Details
- Sweep or blow away loose dust and debris.
- Pour 250 ml of concentrate into the trigger spray bottle upto the "Fill till here" line. Fill the rest of the bottle with clean soft water.
- OR, use a dilution ratio of 1 : 3 -
( 1 part Oil and Grease remover : 3 parts water) - Shake the bottle well for 15 seconds to mix the cleaner concentrate with water.
- Now spray the cleaner onto the affected area generously, to make the entire surface wet.
- Allow 4 minutes of dwell time - The solution will penetrate and react with the biological growth.
- Scrub lightly with a soft bristle brush or non-abrasive pad to lift residues.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water using a pressure jet machine
- Repeat if required for heavy vegetative growth
- Allow the surface to dry before applying any protective coating.
Pro Tip: Once mixed, use immediately. Always test on a small inconspicuous area to confirm compatibility, reaction and check the surface after rinsing with water.

It's built for both engine oil drips, hydraulic fluid marks, and machine grease, whether fresh or set in. Spray it on generously, let it dwell for 4 minutes to break down the stain, then scrub and rinse.
