How to Use
WATER REPELLANT - NON FILM FORMING WATER BASED
How to Use
Surface Preparation:
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, dust-free and grease-free before application.
- Remove any existing efflorescence, dirt or residues with appropriate cleaners (e.g., efflorescence remover, fungus and mold remover or a hard surface limescale cleaner).
- Allow the surface to dry completely before treatment.
Application Steps
- Shake the product container well before use.
- Apply Winseal Water Repellant water based using a brush, roller or low-pressure sprayer to saturate the surface evenly from bottom to top.

Pro Tip: Always do a small test patch to confirm penetration and finish before full-area application.
Application Details
Coverage: 3 to 5 m2 per Ltr
(Actual coverage depends on substrate porosity and surface texture.)
Recommended Application Tools
- Brush
- Roller
- Low-pressure sprayer / garden sprayer
Ensure consistent wetting of the surface during application to maximize penetration and performance.
How to Use
WINSEAL WET LOOK ENHANCER - MARBLE & GRANITE
How to Use
Surface Preparation
- Clean the surface using the appropriate Winseal Cleaner and allow it to dry fully for 24 hours.
- Ensure the substrate is completely dry before treatment.
Application Steps
- Apply using a soft, lint-free cloth, sponge, or paint brush — do not use a roller on these surfaces.
- Buff the product in evenly, then wipe away any excess to prevent an uneven finish.
- Apply 1–2 coats for a natural enhanced look; 2–3 coats for added gloss.
- Allow the product to cure fully for a minimum of 2 days.
Pro Tip: Always confirm the finish on a small test patch with client approval before full-area application — marble and granite can react differently depending on polish level.
Application Details
- Coverage: 30–250 sqft per kg, depending on the porosity of the substrate.
- Recommended Tools: Lint-free cloth, sponge, or soft paint brush.

How to Use
WINSEAL Premium Glossy Clear Protective Coating
- For most applications, dilute Winseal Premium Clear Protective Coating with up to 30% potable water. Mix it well to achieve a homogenous or uniform consistency.
- Apply Winseal premium clear glossy sealer evenly using a brush, roller, or low-pressure sprayer.
- Work in manageable sections to avoid overlaps and ensure uniform sheen. Apply an even, continuous coat without excessive rolling pressure in one direction.
- Immediately after application while the coating is wet, use a clean, dry, lint-free roller (for de-aeration) to lightly pass over the freshly applied coating.
- Roll in one direction only, using very light pressure.
- Roll in one direction only, using very light pressure.
- This step allows entrapped air bubbles or foam to break naturally and helps the coating settle evenly on the surface.
- Do not reload the second roller with material.
- Wipe off excess material from the surface while the coating on the surface is wet using the second roller.
- Allow the coating to dry for a period of 3 to 4 hours.
- Apply a second light coat in a perpendicular direction. While application,
- Allow the surface to dry and cure fully for 48 hours before use.
Pro Tip:
- Always use two separate rollers: one for application, one exclusively for de-aeration.
- Avoid high-speed rolling or excessive back-and-forth movements.
- Do not apply in very hot, windy or highly humid conditions.
- Conduct a small trial application to familiarise with surface behaviour.
Application Details
Coverage:
Low Porosity: Kadappa, Granite - 7 to 12 m2 per Ltr in 2 coats
High Porosity: Brick, Concrete - 4 to 7 m2 per Ltr in 2 coats
(Actual coverage depends on substrate porosity and surface texture.)
Recommended Application Tools
- Soft bristle paint brush – edges and tight areas
- Short nap roller/Mohair roller – flat surfaces
- Low-pressure sprayer – even wetting
- Lint-free cloth – remove excess where necessary
Important Tips:
- Apply in temperatures between ~10–35°C
- Avoid application in direct rain or extremely humid conditions until cured
- Do not over-apply — a uniform thin film achieves the best look
How to Use
WINSEAL WET LOOK ENHANCER - RED BRICKS
How to Use
Surface Preparation
- Clean the surface using the appropriate Winseal Cleaner and allow it to dry fully for 24 hours.
- Ensure the substrate is completely dry before treatment.
Application Steps
- Apply 1–2 coats of Winseal Look Enhancer using a roller for a wet-look finish; 2–3 coats for an enhanced look with light gloss.
- Wipe away any excess to keep the finish even.
- Allow the product to cure fully for a minimum of 2 days.
Pro Tip: Always do a small test patch first — brick porosity varies widely, and this confirms the finish and coverage you'll get before committing to the full area.
Application Details
- Coverage: Averages around 60- 70 sqft per Ltr, depending on the porosity of the substrate.
- Recommended Tools: Roller (for even film application on brick).
How to Use
WINSEAL LIMESCALE REMOVER
How to Use
Surface Preparation
- Ensure the surface is free of loose dirt before spraying.
- Pre-wet the surface with plain water before application.
Application Steps
- Spray directly onto limescale or hard water stains.
- Allow a dwell time of 2–3 minutes.
- Scrub gently to lift mineral deposits.
- Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
- Allow the surface to dry completely for 24 hours before any coating is applied.
Pro Tip: Repeated water exposure (bathrooms, façades) causes limescale to build back — a light maintenance pass every few months keeps it from returning.
Application Details
- Coverage: 3–12 sqmt per litre, depending on the porosity of the stone. (Same flag as above — no dedicated published coverage figure yet for this SKU.)
- Recommended Tools: Spray bottle, soft-bristle brush, water hose.
How to Use
WINSEAL HEAVY DUTY STONE CLEANERS
How to Use
- Sweep or blow away loose dust and debris.
- Apply Winseal Limescale remover in undiluted form directly onto the affected area using a brush, roller or low-pressure sprayer.
- Allow 2-3 minutes of dwell time - The cleaner will penetrate and react with the surface salts loosening it.
- Scrub lightly with a soft bristle brush or non-abrasive pad to lift residues.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Repeat if required for heavy scaling
- Allow the surface to dry before applying any protective coating.
Pro Tip: Always test on a small inconspicuous area to confirm compatibility, reaction and check the surface after rinsing with water.
Application Details
Coverage: 6 to 12 m2 per Ltr
(Actual coverage depends on substrate porosity and surface texture.)
Recommended Application Tools
- Brush
- Roller
- Low-pressure sprayer / garden sprayer
- Soft bristle nylon brush
Ensure consistent wetting of the surface during application to maximize cleaning performance.
How to Use
WINSEAL MOLD AND FUNGUS CLEANER
How to Use
Surface Preparation
- Ensure the affected area is visible and accessible for even spraying.
- Pre-wet the surface with plain water before application.
Application Steps
- To dilute: add 250 ml of product + 750 ml of water into the provided 1L spray bottle. Shake well.
